Very professional service. I bought the Food & Drink Scan programme & was diagnosed as being dairy & gluten intolerant. Since cutting out foods containing these ingredients I feel a different person – many thanks. I can’t believe the difference in a few short weeks.

Having felt terrible on and off for years, always being tired, it was brilliant to finally get to the bottom of the issue. I had been fobbed off by various doctors and specialists and found this extremely frustrating. The team at York Test were extremely helpful and I would recommend you use them if you have explored all other conventional avenues and want a clear result.

How could the Food&DrinkScan help me?

YorkTest are Europe’s leading provider of food intolerance testing, and we have been helping people just like you for over 35 years. Our Food&DrinkScan programme offers you a fast-track way to discover the foods and drinks that could be causing you problems. We then help you to safely eliminate these trigger foods from your diet, and replace them with nutritious alternatives. We will also show you ways to safely re-introduce them after a period of exclusion.

How does the Food&DrinkScan work?

From a small finger-prick sample of your blood, taken in the comfort of your own home, our specialist laboratory can analyse your food-specific IgG antibody reactions to 158 food and drink ingredients to pinpoint your specific trigger foods.

What do I get with the Food&DrinkScan?

Once you have taken your small sample of blood at home, and sent it to our laboratory for expert analysis, you will receive your clear, colour coded results direct to you by post.

Alongside your results, you will be given a 12 week food diary and food intolerance booklet to help guide you through your new diet.

Also included in the programme is a 30 minute telephone consultation with one of our registered Nutritional Therapists. Simply call our friendly Customer Care Team to book your appointment once you receive your results.

The Small Print

Raised levels of food-specific IgG antibodies within your blood indicate that an IgG antibody reaction to a particular food or foods has occurred. If you have already taken the decision to eliminate a particular food or foods from your diet they may not show up a reaction on your results. If you know of foods that cause you to feel unwell, do not start eating them; we do not encourage you to eat a food or foods which you already know are a problem to you.

The Food&DrinkScan Programme does not provide information about coeliac disease, enzyme deficiencies such as lactose and alcohol intolerance, IgE-mediated allergies, histamine sensitivity or other chemical sensitivities such as reactions to sulphites, tannins or tyramine. Food&DrinkScan Programme is only recommended for people who have food and drink intolerance symptoms.

* YorkTest defines Food Intolerance as a food-specific IgG reaction.
