Nutritional Therapy Consultations

When you complete a full yorktest Food Intolerance Programme you don’t just get the benefit of insight into your own personal ‘food fingerprint’ – helping you to realise and avoid your trigger foods, you also receive invaluable knowledge and support from a dedicated team of BANT/NTOI* registered Nutritional Therapists to ensure you have all the information you need to understand your problem foods and balance your diet with nutritious alternatives.

When you receive your results, it can be daunting to know what to do next. When you are used to eating specific foods, it can be difficult to know how to replace them – particularly if you consume them regularly or if you have several trigger ingredients. Booking your 30 minute telephone consultation with one of our Nutritional Therapists is an important step in helping you regain control of your diet.

Our team has a huge wealth of combined knowledge and is able to help you understand your results as well as suggesting various alternatives and useful FreeFrom products you can integrate into your meals to ensure you don’t feel you’re missing out and keep enjoying food.

How to arrange your consultation

When you have received your results simply give our friendly Customer Care Team a call on 0800 130 0580 to book your 30 minute telephone consultation with one of our Nutritional Therapists.

Once you have booked a time which is convenient for you, the Nutritional Therapist will call you to discuss your results and help advise what to do next.
It is a good idea to write down any questions you might have before the call to make sure you get the most out of your consultation, as well as having pen and paper ready to take notes.
